We are constantly improving and endeavor to deliver the best financial services through the website. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services. Please get in touch with us immediately with our RM and Support mail ID. And we will correct the situation, providing a solution that can be mutually decided.

Refund Procedure CRM Subscription

After the partner makes payment as per the CRM subscription plan ID will be provided through the mail, if the ID is not active or the panel is not working then payment will be refunded within 2 days.

After signing the Agreement

Partner login ID will be provided to you by mail after payment. After that, the payment refund will stop completely once you sign the agreement. After that, if you want a payment refund then you have to complain to your relationship Manager and support@lenderway.in email ID. If there is any issue with our service and support we will work on it quickly.

Refund process & Service Fee

We will make an effort to improve our service to make you happy before issuing a refund, and we will do our best to keep you working with us. For you to work together with us. If you are still not satisfied, you will be refunded. A cancellation fee of 25% + earned fee + fee paid to the government would be applicable. In case of a change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable. Hence, all refunds will be subject to a minimum of 25% cancellation fee. Further, if lenderway.in has spent the time and resources to complete the engagement or incurred any other fee, such fees will be deducted on best judgment basis by the company and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, lenderway.in shall be liable to refund only up to 75% of the fee paid by the client.

Service commitment

lenderway .in will provide you with guaranteed service. But you have to remember that Lenderway.in does not provide any guarantee related to the loan. The loan will depend on customer documentation and bank and NBFC policy. Lenderway.in Bank & NBFC Authorised Partner. So if anyone wants loan related guarantee and any payment for loan then you will complain to support@lenderway.in.Do not provide any personal data like debit card, credit card, and CVV number to anyone. Remember that Lenderway.in will not ask for any of your details. If anyone is doing such illegal activities please contact our mail id immediately.

ROLE OF LENDERWAY.IN

Lenderway.in may provide financial consultancy, loan assistance, lead-generation, loan sourcing, referral and/or channel-partner/DSA-related services, depending upon the particular product and arrangement. Where applicable, Lenderway.in may act as an authorised Direct Sales Agent (DSA), channel partner, referral partner, sourcing partner or other authorised intermediary of a Bank, NBFC or other lending institution. The exact lender, product, role and applicable terms may vary from case to case. Customers should verify the identity of the concerned lender and the capacity in which Lenderway.in is acting before entering into any financial arrangement. Where a lender requires disclosure of its appointed service providers or sourcing partners, such disclosure shall be made in accordance with the applicable regulatory and contractual requirements.

NO GUARANTEE OF LOAN APPROVAL STRICT DISCLAIMER

Lenderway.in does NOT guarantee or promise the approval, sanction, disbursement or continuation of any loan or credit facility. Loan approval is determined solely by the concerned Bank, NBFC or other lending institution based on its applicable: eligibility criteria; credit assessment; CIBIL/credit bureau information; income and banking profile; business profile; financial statements; GST/ITR and other statutory records; existing liabilities and repayment obligations; documentation and verification; internal risk assessment; fraud and compliance checks; lending policy; and applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Accordingly, submission of an application, sharing of documents, payment of an applicable legitimate service fee, or communication by a Lenderway representative does not constitute an assurance or promise that the loan will be approved. The final decision regarding sanction, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, fees, security/collateral and other commercial terms rests with the concerned lending institution.

NO PERSON IS AUTHORISED TO SELL “GUARANTEED LOAN APPROVAL"

No employee, representative, agent, partner, consultant, intermediary or other person claiming to represent Lenderway.in is authorised to: guarantee loan approval; guarantee a particular loan amount; guarantee a particular interest rate; guarantee disbursement; falsely represent that approval has been confirmed; demand an unauthorised payment for obtaining approval; or misrepresent the decision of a Bank/NBFC. Lenderway may provide technology, lead-generation, financial-service facilitation, partner/DSA support, software and related services.

The final lending decision belongs exclusively to the concerned lender.

Lenderway shall not be responsible for rejection, modification or delay of an application where such decision is made by a lender or other third-party financial institution.

3. User Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information.

Providing false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised information may result in suspension or termination of access and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

4. User Consent

By submitting information through the Website, the user authorises Lenderway and applicable service providers/partners to process the information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and applicable consent notice.

Where required, separate consent may be obtained for communication, credit-related processing, sharing with lenders or other purposes.
